Sta. Rita Hills Pinot Noir

This wine offers a pure and lifted fruit profile, dominated by red currant, cherry, and strawberry, with underlying hints of violet, lilac, chalk powder, and dusty gravel. On the palate, the fruit transitions to more purple tones, featuring flavors of pomegranate and hibiscus. Structurally, the wine is robust, with energetic, fine tannins that leave a lasting impression. While enjoyable now, it is expected to soften and develop further over the next few years. Produced from a blend of parcels within the Domaine, the grapes were organically farmed and harvested in September 2021. The wine underwent whole cluster fermentation with indigenous yeasts and was aged for 10 months in neutral French oak. ABV: 13.0%
