Blanc de Blancs English Sparkling Wine

A classically balanced English Sparkling Blanc de Blanc made from 100% Chardonnay by London Cru, London’s first urban winery. This 2020 vintage sparkling wine, produced using the traditional method, is clean and vibrant with notes of cooked pear, candied lemon peel, toffee apple, and pastry. Crafted from single-vineyard Chardonnay grapes from West Marden, the wine underwent six months of lees aging for texture and three years of bottle-aging for complexity. Perfect as an aperitif or paired with seafood, ceviche, or baked pear tart, only 1,965 bottles were produced. ABV: 11.5%.
