Nid D'Agaces Millesime

The name of the plot (1 ha) where this vintage is born is "Nid d'Agaces," which translates to "Magpie's Nest" in dialect. This vintage champagne combines 60% Pinot Noir and barrel-aged Chardonnay. The nose is discreet, opening with notes of white flowers, butter, and brioche. This buttery roundness carries through to the palate, balanced from start to finish by a clear acidity, attributed to the low dosage and, perhaps, the vintage itself.
