A feast of fruit and aromatic purity, tannins of incredible finesse, and a finish on ripe and spicy fruits. This wine is crafted from old Grenache vines, ranging from 50 to 70 years old, which are cultivated using biodynamic principles. The grapes are carefully handpicked and sorted during the harvest process. After sorting, they undergo a maceration period of 15 days in raw cement vats. The harvest is partially destemmed, allowing for a balance of whole clusters and destemmed grapes. Fermentation takes place using native yeasts, which are naturally present on the grape skins. Depending on the vintage, a light amount of sulfites may be added after malolactic fermentation to ensure stability and preserve the wine's quality. The wine is then aged in barrels for a period of 12 months, allowing it to develop complexity and character. ABV 14.5%
