La Pentière Muscadet Sur Lie

Muscadet La Pentière is a collaboration project called La Réclame du Jour, in which Nicolas works closely with Muscadet organic producers. The wine is made without the addition of any additives, showcasing the pure expression of the terroir. It is an elegant and dry Muscadet, bursting with freshness. The palate reveals flavors of white fruit, apple, and pear, intertwined with delicate floral notes. The wine finishes with a racy acidity and a pronounced mineral salinity, characteristic of Muscadet wines. It has undergone nine months of aging on the lees, adding complexity and texture to the final product. ABV 12%
