Meursault 1er Cru Blagny

Very lovely fresh hillside fruit, elegant and persistent, medium-bodied but very pleasing.Planted in 1988 so the vines are reaching a healthy maturity. A slightly paler colour, with just a little bit of reduction, which soon cleans up, then a light layer of well-judged oak. Ageing 16 to 18 months in barrels (25 % new barrels). ABV 13.5%
