Morgon 'Javernières'

The bluestone soils help to form a wine which is ample, powerful and spicy. There are notes of black cherry, cranberries and kirsch. Delicious now, yet this is a wine that can be aged for up to 10 years. The 2020 vintage has produced wines which are concentrated and harmonious between colour, body, roundness and aromas of ripe red fruits. The vines are naturally grassed every other row to avoid too much vigor, the other is worked to make the roots of the vine plunge deep into the soil. Vinification takes place in thermo-regulated vats. The aging is done in micro-oxygenation for the spring cuvées and in barrels. ABV 14%
