The vineyard's soils consist of quaternary gravel, and maintenance practices involve shallow tillage. The vines, averaging 50 years of age, are pruned using the double Guyot - Médocain style. With a plantation density of 9500 vines per hectare, the grape varietals include 62% Cabernet Sauvignon, 32% Merlot, 4% Cabernet Franc, and 2% Petit Verdot. Harvests are carried out by hand in small crates, ensuring careful selection. The vinification process involves manual sorting and destemming, followed by alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts and a maceration period of 4 weeks with gentle punch-downs.
