Régnié La Ronze Magnum

‘La Ronze’ is among the finest lieu-dit in Régnié, from 68 year old vines planted on schist and pink granite. Régnié is the youngest of the Cru Beaujolais, achieving classification in 1988.

We’ve already popped a couple of these fresh off the boat. It’s a little paler than you’d expect from a ripe 2022 vintage, with sapid red fruit at the core, sleek, chalky texture, and a little spice and floral character. 

Natural and transparent in feel, but clean and really engaging to drink. Delicious now and with excellent potential. The ltd stock of Magnums highly recommended..
