Deep yellow in colour, combined in the glass with a nose of wild flowers and their pollen. Initial tasting reveals flavours of rich, yellow peach, with the generous fruit providing real length. The vineyards are situated on a clay and limestone soill.100% Barrel fermentation (10% new oak barrels / 90% barrels aged 1 and up to 5 years). Maturing on fine lees for 8 months in barrel and 3 months in tank. ABV 12.5%
