Rully Blanc

The 2020 Rully Village offers pretty green apple and light pear scents on the nose. The palate is rounded on the entry with slightly low acidity, but it is nicely balanced and feels harmonious on the creamy finish. Decent, early-drinking Rully. The village of Rully is located in the northern part of the Côte Chalonnaise in Burgundy. Temperature-controlled fermentation to start, with a transfer midway through to barrel (25% new oak). ABV 13%
