The vineyard spans approximately twenty hectares, situated on a clay-limestone hillside and molasse de Fronsadais soils, contributing to the wine's unique character as a Grand Cru Classé of Saint-Emilion in the Bordeaux region. The winery practices parcel management and traditional cultivation methods, including the use of natural cover crops and a focus on environmental balance. The harvested grapes are stored in a cold room. The grapes undergo gravity reception with double sorting and vibrating tables to ensure quality. The maceration process takes place at low temperatures in small thermoregulated concrete and wooden tanks. Malolactic fermentation occurs in both tanks and barrels.
