Saint Julien

Intense ruby color with vibrant black fruit aromas and a touch of ink. Ample and powerful on the palate, showcasing freshness and delicate tannins. The vineyard is located in the prestigious St Julien terroir with clayey gravel soils. Traditional plowing methods are employed without the use of herbicides. The wine is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (74%), Merlot (23%), and Cabernet Franc (3%). Hand-harvesting and careful sorting are followed by fermentation in wooden vats and a maceration period of about 3 weeks. Aging takes place in French oak barrels, with 60% new barrels, for 16 to 18 months in a temperature-controlled cellar. ABV 13%
