Central Coast Chardonnay

Replaces the Santa Barbara County Chardonnay, as sites are now sourced in and outside of the AVA, resulting in the wider Central Coast designation, with intent to source only old vine Chardonnay from the likes of Bien Nacido and Talley Valley. These are armed without the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides. This is signature Sandhi Chardonnay, punching well above the weight class, with open knit fruit, white florals and framed by a thrilling line of acidity. There is now a small inclusion of Chardonnay from Domaine de la Côte.
