A sparkling vintage Chenin Blanc made in the traditional method. We're big fans of the sparkling wines under Carême. A balance of rich, clay grown Chenin Blanc, balanced by the characterful varietal acidity and zero dosage. Expressive, tense and brilliantly judged.
