Vouvray Les Clos

The most structured and intense Chenin Blanc from the domaine, from an old vineyard on a steep, chalky site behind the winery (photographed above). Richly fruited, but with a tangy acid line and a pithy drive. Tidy today, but feels built for the long haul.
