Vouvray Plaisir Ancestral

A Pet-Nat from old vines. Gentler bubbles than the Brut Nature, with more of a play on sour/fresh citrus, orchard fruit and a little yeasty character. Exciting and raw, without being overtly cloudy or funky. This is how I want my Pet-Nat. It’s a brilliant aperitif.
