Fresh black and blue fruit aromas are brightened by notes of cracked pepper and smoky minerals. Silky and open-knit. Les Deux Amis, cuvée named after the fable by Jean de La Fontaine, is a blend of two of our vineyard sites, Les Clous (70%) and Les Frairies (30%). 50% semi-carbonic maceration and 50% Burgundian (destemmed), pump-overs without punch down. ABV 13%
