Rare Saint-Joseph wine from the Graillot family. Aromas and flavors of fine autumnal fruit with peppery undertones and supple tannins. Alain Graillot emphasizes sustainable and organic practices. Manual work is prioritized, including meticulous pruning and canopy management to ensure optimal grape development. Careful attention is given to yield control through debudding, allowing for better concentration and quality in the grapes. Alain Graillot also employs traditional ploughing techniques, promoting soil health and minimizing the use of chemicals. Made from pure Syrah, grapes are de-stemmed and fermented in concrete vats. Aged for 12 months in used oak barrels. ABV 13%
