The domaine cuvee from Domaine des Roches Neuves is a gem of a Cabernet Franc, overdelivering in spades. Bright, ripe and with a satisfying drinkability.

Always transparent to vintage, with a relative short maturation time ahead of bottling, aiding fruit purity. Just a hard wine to pull off, yet the Germain's really excel here.

It's also brilliantly versatile for all seasons and a variety of cuisine.
