Domaine Guy Amiot et Fils
Since 1920 generation after generation the Amiot family have plunged their roots in the soil and terroir of Chassagne-Montrachet, and were among the first to discontinue selling their crop to the cooperatives, and bottle their own.
Today, the domaine is managed by the 4th generation siblings Thierry and Fabrice. These are a set of textured and scintillating wines, from overachieving lieu-dit Bourgogne, to a one barrel production of the coveted Le Montrachet vineyard.
