Bernard Bouvier has steered peers to the importance of highlighting individual terroirs in Marsannay. As a result, fourteen vineyards are currently under application for ‘premier cru’ accreditation, which would be a landmark for the appellation. An important figure & a top exponent of Marsannay, this is a domaine to sink into. Warm, ripe vintages like 2020 have been beautifully managed.
