Côtes du Rhône 'Prestige Blanc'

Pale color with yellow nuances with slight green reflections. Exuberant nose of fruits and flowers, with a dominance of apricot, vine peach, violet and white flower. The mouth is round, very fruity and very long with lots of of volume, it ends on a fresh finish which reflects the good balance of this wine. This Côte du Rhône 'Prestige Blanc' is made from grape varieties from the Rhône Valley, located on clay-limestone soils. The different grape varieties are harvested and vinified separately. Vinification is carried out by direct pressing, then settling and fermentation with temperature control (from 16° to 18°C). No malolactic fermentation is carried out in order to keep a natural acidity. The different grape varieties are blended and bottled quickly enough to keep the aromas and freshness. ABV 13.5%
