This small-production organic red blend is characterized by its vibrant and crunchy nature. Ripe dark fruits take center stage, complemented by intriguing savoury notes that emerge in the mid-palate. Hints of spice add an extra layer of interest to the finish. The wine is crafted from at least seven different grape varieties, including Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Carignan, Grenache, Terret Gris, and Mourvèdre. It offers a modern, minerally, and fresh interpretation of a traditional field blend. Notably, the aging process exclusively occurs in tanks, with no oak influence. ABV 13.5%
