Straw yellow with greenish hues. Bouquet: Fruity, with citrus aromas of grapefruit and lemon zest, herbaceous and mineral notes, slightly spicy pepper nuances. Flavour: In confirmation tasting the olfactory, presenting medium body and supported by a good acidity. Clean and pure in persistence. The Vacheron domaine has about 43.5 hectares of vines, nearly all of which is in the town of Sancerre. They have been strong pioneers of organic and biodynamic viticulture and today they are one of the largest and most successful natural producers in the region. They use traditional tillage systems and fortifying the vineyards with nettle and herbal preparations that they believe return the nutrients to the soil. They are in the very best sub-region for Sancerre production. In the cellar, the grapes are hand-harvested and undergo natural yeast fermentation in tanks. Maturing for 4 months in tanks. ABV 14%
