Eola-Amity Hills Temperance Hill Chardonnay

Eola-Amity Hills is an American Viticultural Area within Oregon’s renowned Willamette Valley. The storied vines of Temperance Hill sit high on the roof of the Eola-Amity Hills, on a cold, windswept plateau, producing a Chardonnay of delicious varietal character, clarity and texture.

To preserve the vineyard’s integrity and natural character, grapes are pressed thoroughly and all their sediments preserved. The wines are fermented with native yeast and aged on their lees for twelve months in barrels followed by six months in a stainless-steel tank. It is kept unfiltered ahead of bottling.
