This vivid crimson-purple Gamay wine from showcases enticing aromas of red cherries, cassis, and strawberries, complemented by earthy undertones. The palate is refreshing and juicy, with vibrant red fruit flavors and silky tannins that lead to a lively finish. The 13 hectares of Gamay vines are primarily located in Morgon, with a small parcel in Cotes du Py. The average age of the vines is 60 years, and the winemaking follows organic principles, including handpicking the grapes and minimal intervention in the cellar. Fermentation takes place in old oak foudres. ABV 12%
