Château Cambon
The original vineyards of Château Cambon were planted in 1914 and had fallen into a deprived state by the time the trio of the late Marcel Lapierre, his wife Marie & Jean-Claude Chanudet took it on. Since then the vineyards have been rejuvenated, under a commitment to organic and biodynamic farming principles. In the cellar, the winemaking approach is non-interventionist, with natural fermentation and minimal sulfur usage. The resulting wines are characterized by elegance, purity, and a vibrant expression of fruit, showcasing the essence of old vine Beaujolais.
