Ludes 1er Cru 'Les Grimpants' Blanc de Noir Brut Vintage

This Blanc de Noirs cuvée comes from the “Les Grimpants” plot located in the northeast of Ludes, as part of the highly limited 'lieu-dit' series under Monmarthe. It is a vineyard planted halfway up the slope with 30-year-old Pinot Noir vines on a soil of loam on chalk.

The base wine is vinified in barrel for 6 months, before second fermentation in bottle where the wine spend 3 1/2 years on the fine lees. Dosage 8 g/l
