One of Amiot's top Chassagne-Montrachet bottlings, 'Les Caillerets' is a steep hillside slope of 70 year old Chardonnay, on poor limestone rich soils. 

Amiot owns 0.6ha of Les Caillerets. Deep roots and poor soils yield a tiny crop and a Chardonnay of real intensity.
