Fleurie 'Dame de la Pétoche'

An intense carmine red color! Complex and warm nose. Powerful and aromatic palate with very good length. Very good balance between power, finesse and fruitiness. The robust and powerful “Dame de la Pétoche” Cuvée comes from Old Madone vines which is vinified and aged in the old way. It is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. The use of old barrels (4 to 5 years) gives it a fine woodiness which supports and rounds it while preserving its fruitiness. This ageing on fine lees feeds it, which makes it an excellent wine for ageing. ABV 13%
