Côtes du Jura ‘Assemblage Orégane’ (Chardonnay/Savagnin)

Orégane takes its name from Jean-François Ganevat’s horse. It's a blend of 50/50 Chardonnay and Savagnin, from two vineyards planted in the 1970s on marl soils. 

Ouillé method (topped up), the two white Jura varietals combine brilliantly. The richness and fruit of Chardonnay, alongside the high-wire intensity of Savagnin.
