Old vine chardonnay (planted 1949) on rich limestone gravels and clay-limestone. The wine spends 4 years on the lees in demi-muids, employing the ouillé method (topped up).
Vinified and bottled without sulphur additions.
Classic Ganevat, with flavour intensity and energy. Brilliantly individual.
