Côtes du Jura Chardonnay ‘Cuvée Florine’

Named after Jean-François' daughter, Florine is vinified from old Chardonnay vines planted in 1986 and grown on a terroir of grey Lias marl and gravel. The wine is aged on its lees for 4 years, employing the Ouillé method (topped up).
