Côtes du Jura Chardonnay ‘Les Devoiles’

A once-off bottling from Ganevat, producing a Chardonnay in an oxidative style or sous voile (under the veil) similar to a Vin Jaune (this name ltd to Savagnin made wines only). The wine rests on the lees for 7 years, without topping up, developing a briny richness in the wine, and flavour characters of nuts, dried fig, umami and bruised apple.
