Viognier Collines Rhodaniennes

This wine reveals the aromatic finesse of the Viognier grape variety unveiling aromas of citrus fruits and apricot. This cuvée come from vineyards located just above the Condrieu area. The vines are planted at the top of southeast-facing hillsides at an altitude of 350m. Whole bunches of grapes are placed in a pneumatic press, racking of the must after 24 hours and fermentation in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. Systematic malolactic fermentation followed by a maturing period of 7 months. ABV 12.5%
