Sancerre Blanc 'Chambrates'

The vineyard of 'Chambrates' sits above 'Le Paradis', on a plateau of clay and white stones, made up of shattered limestone. It produces a beautifully ripe style of Sauvignon Blanc, with a core of pear, apple and florals in youth, and a citrus driven backbone.

As with all the vineyard bottlings of Vacheron, they pick at full ripeness, and keep the vinification consistent to highlight particularities of terroir. Fermentation and maturation in large, upright oak vats.
